Need to stop receiving Activity Log Pro email digest reports? This guide shows you two ways to unsubscribe or modify your email report preferences, whether you want to temporarily pause reports or permanently disable them.
Turn Off Activity Digest Email Reports
To turn off Activity Digest Email Reports, do this in your email report preferences:
- Log into your WordPress admin area
- Navigate to Activity Log Pro → Settings
- Scroll to “Activity Digest Email Reports” section
- Uncheck “Enable automated activity digest reports”
- Click “Save Changes”
Result: Email reports are immediately disabled. All your settings (schedule, recipients, timing) are preserved in case you want to re-enable later.
Unsubscribe/Update Report Recipients
You can update the recipients of the Activity Digest Email Reports, do this in your email report preferences:
- Go to Activity Log Pro → Settings
- “Enable automated activity digest reports” should already be checked/active.
- Update/Clear the Recipients field (update all email addresses)
- Reset frequency to default (optional)
- Click “Save Changes”
