Refund Policy
This is how we do refunds…
At Activity Log Pro, we want you to be happy. So, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee.
You can get the full refund within the first 30 days from the purchase date, no questions asked.
Request the refund via email: support@activitylog.pro. You need to supply us with the email address linked to your Premium purchase (this is important).
Refunds do not apply to renewals.
It is important that you send the refund request from the email address linked to your Activity Log Pro account in order to authorize it. If possible, please include the payment ID so we can complete the process as quickly as possible.
Please provide us with the following details in order to find your payment:
– Licence Key (this will be in your plugs Settings > Licence Tab) or the email you received from your Premium purchase.
– Last 4 digits of the card used for the payment
– Expiry date on the card
– Exact date of the payment
– Paypal users: Paypal email address and payment reference
We will process this as soon as possible. Note your licence key then will become invalid and premium will then be deactivated in your plugin.
