Activity Log Pro v1.1.0 is out — a focused update for Free and Premium. Nothing flashy this time: better WordPress 7.1 compatibility, a nicer Datadog setup for Log Channels, more control over which post types you can exclude, and a proper fix for those frustrating Premium update failures.
If you’re already using the plugin day to day, this is the kind of release you’ll notice when things just… work better..

WordPress 7.1 Compatibility (Free & Premium)
WordPress keeps moving, and so does Activity Log Pro.
v1.1.0 has been checked and tuned for WordPress 7.1, so the admin experience stays solid and familiar as you update core. Whether you’re still on an older WordPress version or already on 7.1, Activity Log Pro should feel right at home in the dashboard.
Updating is strongly recommended if you’re planning (or already running) WordPress 7.1.
Datadog Log Channel — Dynamic Sites & UK1 Support (Premium)
If you stream activity logs to Datadog via Log Channels, this one’s for you.
Datadog Site endpoints are now loaded dynamically from Datadog itself, instead of relying on a fixed list in the plugin. That means when Datadog adds or updates regions, you’re much less likely to hit a missing or outdated option in the channel settings.
We’ve also added support for Datadog’s new UK1 region — handy if your Datadog account (or compliance needs) live in the UK. The Endpoint is uk1.datadoghq.com when be comes online. See Datadog’s release notes.
Excluded Post Types — Show Private / Internal Types (Premium)
Excluded Post Types already lets you keep noisy custom post types out of the activity log. Until now, the list mainly showed public custom types — which is fine for most sites.
Some plugins, though, register private or internal post types that still create a lot of log noise (think behind-the-scenes content types you never see in the front-end menu).
In v1.1.0 there’s an optional setting: Show private / internal post types. Turn it on, save, and those internal types appear in the exclusion list so you can tick them off like any other type.
Default stays off, so everyday sites aren’t flooded with obscure type names. When you need the extra list, it’s one checkbox away.
Premium Updates Fixed — No More “Forbidden” / “Too Many Requests” (Premium)
This one matters if you update Premium from the WordPress dashboard.
Some one-click Premium updates were failing with “Download failed. Forbidden” or “Too Many Requests”. That’s sorted in v1.1.0.
You should be able to update Premium the normal way again — from the Plugins screen — without those download errors getting in the way.
(If you’re still on an older Premium build and an automatic update stalls, grab the latest zip from your Lemon Squeezy orders once, then future updates should flow as expected.)

Activity Log Pro v1.1.0 will show up as an update in your WordPress dashboard shortly. Free users get the WordPress 7.1 compatibility work; Premium users also get the Datadog improvements, the private post-type exclusion option, and the updater fix.
